Ingredients:
Pork Ribs(about 4 to 5 pcs)
1 big slice of Winter Melon - skined, seeds removed; cut into chucks (I bought it from NTUC)
1 Carrot - cut into quarters
10 red dates
2 Teaspoon of salt
Method:
- Boil a pot of water and add in pork rib.
- Take out the pork rib and drain off the water.
- Prepare a pot of water again and add in pork rib.
- Simmer about 1 hour in low and add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Simmer for another hour and serve hot.
