Abc soup

A simple homely soup which I cooked often.. 

I believe almost each chinese family also cook this soup to match with their side dishes too..

Below ingredients serves 2 - 3 person

Mee Hun Kueh (面粉粿 )

For this dish, there is a version of my own story.. 

When my husband and me not yet married, during one of my birthday he cook this for me.. Taste good and but just that the kueh too thick some part of it not cook.. The recipe he got was from my mother in law.. So one day I decided to master it on my own..

Followed some home makers's ig and found a recipe that works. So from there I try to figure, explore and finally come out with my own recipe as per below..

(Serves 2)

Ingredients (as per video):-

2 eggs (you can add 1 more egg for more eggy taste)

6 frozen shrimps 1 crabstick - cut into thin slices

Seasoning :-

1 1/2cup dashi stock 1 stalk spring onions chopped 2 tbsp light soya

1 tbsp mirin

Lotus Root Soup

This is a very easy soup recipe and all the ingredients you can easily get from supermarket.. One of the soup I will cook often when i run out of ideas for cooking soup..

This soup also my husband favourite soup..

Below recipe serves two

Ingredients:- 

🔹Lotus root (cut into 1cm thickness)

🔹2 to 3 pork rib for soup

🔹1/2 cup of raw peanuts

🔹Abt 20pcs of small scallop

🔹10 red dates

Dalgona Coffee with Lemon Juice

A refreshing combination of lemon and coffee..  I actually have doubt with this combination cuz lemon and dalgona coffee??? But is refreshing to my imagination.. Those who allergic to milk can try this recipe.. I added some lemon zest for the fragrance

The first time I tried this was at toast box.. The color combination attracted me and since then I was attracted to the taste.. It was very creamy and fragrance texture.. The gula melaka sugar highlights the whole beverage..
