Simple Tuna Makizushi

Actually I have practise doing this type of sushi but not really in success as is either I put the rice too many or the filling I have fill up too much.. lol. I can't rem this is how many times I have tried and finally I succeeded! My favourite flavour was tuna as during my ITE days, I like the stall which sell this type of sushi. I always eat it as my breakfast or during lunch time.

Ingredients:
 3 or 4 seaweed
3/4 of uncooked rice
A few spoonful of mayo tuna spread

You will need:
1 bamboo mat

Method:

For the sushi
1.     Place one seaweed on a bambo mat.

2.      Place rice and tuna as per above picture. Only fill up 3/4 of the seaweed.

3.      Use the bamboo mat to roll up to the front.
4.      Wet the ends of the seaweed with water and roll the sushi so that the ends are nicely seal up.
5.      Wet the knife as this is to ensure easy cutting of the sushi and as well as it will not stick to the knife.
6.      Cut the sushi about 2 cm long.
