Sausages with Mushroom Speghetti

One day, I had an idea strike my mind. I never cook my pasta in this way, I will normally buy those ready to use pasta sauce with some simple ingredients like brocoli, hotdog etc. 

So went around searching for easy recipe that can combine sausage and mushroom together so well and finally I found it on a youtube video..

Serves two

Ingredients:

5 pork sausages- sliced like below picture

4 Mini Portobello mushrooms- sliced like below picture

2 servings of cooked speghetti
1 tbsp of dried pasley
3 cloves of garlics - chopped
1 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil and stir fry sausages for one min.
2. Add in mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and dried parsley and stir for for about 2 mins
3. Sizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and simmer for 1 min and add in speghetti and mix well.
4. Cook on medium heat for 1 min and serve with some pasta and chillies flakes(accordingly to your preference.

I will cook it again since is so simple and yet easy to cook. ^^
