Ingredients:
2 pieces of dried beehoon - soaked in warm water
2 Garlic - chopped
2 shallot - cut thinly
Half small cabbage - cut thinly about 0.5 cm
1 Carrot - cut into thin strips
2 cups of bean sprouts
3 chillies - cut into thin strips
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon of black sweet sauce and dark soy sauce
Method:
- Fry garlic and shallot in hot oil till golden brown.
- Add in cabbage and cook for about 2 mins.
- Add in carrot and bean sprout. Mix well.
- Next add in bee hoon and seasoning. Mix well.
- Once done, you may wish to serve hot with some chopped spring onion.
