Ingredients:
2 tablespoon of ikan billis
1 cup of minced meat - marinated with two tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil n dash of pepper
Some dumpling skins
2 garlic - crushed/flattened
2 tablespoon of dong cai
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon of Rock Sugar
Method:
- Put the minced meat(potion about 1 tablespoon) on dumpling skin.
- Fold the dumpling skin into semi-circle shape. Seal the opening with water.
- Boil a pot of water and add in garlic and ikan bills.
- Boil till fragrance is out.
- Add in rock sugar and stir well.
- Add in dumplings and cook for 5-10mins.
- Lastly add in dong cai and cook for 5 mins.
- You can garnish with chopped spring onion.
