Fusilli soup with veggies(serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 cup of bean sprouts
Half cabbage - cut into 1 cm thick
1 cup of mixed veggies
1 and half cup of fusilli
1 ikan billi stock cude
2 tablespoon of minced meat - marinated with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, sesame oil and dash of pepper
Method:
- Boil a pot of water and add in ikan billi stock cude.
- Add in cabbage and cook for 2 mins.
- Add in fusulli and cook for 5 mins
- Add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve hot with some chopped chillies.
