As I have some leftover ingredients in my fridge , so i hereby make full use of every ingredients by cooking a simple noodle soup.. ^^

Noodle soup(abit similar to hong kong style)














Ingredients:
1 packet of instant noodle(throw away the seasoning packet)
2 hot dogs (cut about 4 cm)
Half cabbage(cut into thin strips)
Half Carrot(shredded thinly)
2 pieces of bacon(cut into thin strips)
Some dong cai

Seasoning:
2 tablespoon of below following:-
hua diao jiu
fish sauce
soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Method:
  1. Cook all veggies, hotdog in hot water.
  2. Add in noodles, bacon and seasoning.
  3. Serve hot with dash of pepper.

Simple Veggies Curry with Rice

Ingredients needed:
8 Long Beans - cut about 5cm length
Half of a small cabbage - cut into 1cm
1 Carrot - cut into quarter
3 potatoes - cut into half
1 packet of curry paste
1 packet of fresh coconut milk - cut about 3 - 4 cm long
2 stalk of lemon grass
2 stalk of curry leaves
2 Garlics and Shallots- sliced thinly
1 tablespoon of oil

Method:
  1. Stir fry both garlic and shallot w/o any oil.
  2. Next, add in oil and fry garlic and shallot till slightly golden brown
  3. Add in all the veggie and fry well.
  4. Next, fry well with curry paste and slowly add in water together with curry leaves and lemon grass.
  5. Once the potato is almost cooked, add in coconut milk and simmer for a while
  6. Serve hot with rice

I come across a veri special recipe wic introduces a stir fried udon recipe in this blog:Anncoo's Hobby. So hence decided to try it on last sun.. So here is my own version of fried udon.. (=

Fried Udon(serves 2)
Ingredients:
Xiao Bai Cai (about 5 stalk)
6 hot dogs - cut about 4 cm each
2 Garlics and Shallot- cut thinly
2 eggs - beaten
10 small chinese mushrooms
2 packets of udon - boiled

Seasoning:
2 tablespoon of each:
Black Sweet Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Dark Soya Sauce






Method:
  1. Heat Oil and fry garlic and shallot till slightly brown.
  2. Add in mushroom and simmer about 5 mins
  3. Add in hotdogs and cook for awhile and slowly add in the veggie(tips: 1st add in the stem of veggie den the leave as the stem tends to be harder)
  4. Add in udon and egg together with the seasoning. Mix well and simmer about 5-10mins.

Sorry guys, lately hav bn bz n tings are croppin up so haven bn reali updating my recipe blog.. So here I am 2  present to you one veri simple spaghetti recipe..

Simple spaghetti with broccoli (serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 Broccoli
2 medium size tomato(cut into cudes)
Spaghetti
4 pcs of chicken fillet(cut into cudes)
1 can Pasta sauce/ tomato puree












Method:
  1. Cook the broccoli about 5-10mins. Set aside.
  2. Cook Spaghetti and chicken fillet. Once done, soak both the spaghetti and chicken in cold water.
  3. Boil some water in a pot.
  4. Pour in the tomato puree and tomatoes.
  5. Next, add in the Spaghetti and chicken and simmer abt 5-10mins.
  6. Lastly, serve hot with broccoli.

Got below recipe inspiration when I gt once flip thru my secondary school recipes book which compiled by my F&N teacher. There is this recipe which she teach us how to cook spicy macaroni..  So therefore i copy some of it and hence here is my own version of Spicy fried Mee Tai Mah.. (=

Simple & Spicy Fried Mee Tai Mah(炒辣老鼠粉)

Ingredients:
1 Packet of Mee Tai Mah(老鼠粉)
3 Fish cakes(cut into thick slices)
Half packet of Bean Sprouts
50g medium prawns
1 egg beaten
2 Stalk of Sping Onion(chopped and for garnishing)
2 garlics and shallots - chopped finely

Seasoning:
2 Tablespoon of each:
Black Sweet Sauce
Sambal Paste






Method:
  1. Heat oil in a wok. Fry garlic and shallot till slightly brown
  2. Add in prawns till cooked.
  3. Add in egg and cut the omelette into scramble egg.
  4. Next, add in fish cakes and bean sprouts. 
  5. Once bean sprouts is slightly cooked, add in Mee Tai Mah together with the seasoning. Mix well.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions.

Yesterdae was browsing my personal blog about sum pass entries wic i blog abt recipes.. So here is one of them..

Simple Mao Melon(毛瓜) Soup



Ingredient:
1 cude of ikan billi soup stock or sum fried ikan billi
1 Mao Gua(cut into quarters)
1 Packet of fishball


Method: 
  1. Boil a pot of water. 
  2. Add in ikan billi soup stock or sum fried ikan billi.
  3. Add in Mao Melon and let it slowly be cooked. 
  4. Add in fishball and let the soup be cook for a while longer till fishballs are being cooked.
2dae sudd veri miss my mum fish bee hoon soup, so i try to created my own style/verison^^

Sliced Fish with Thick Bee Hoon(serves 2 person)


Ingredients needed:
Toman Fish(cut about 0.5cm thick slices)
2 Tomatoes(cut into quarter)
7 stalk of cai xin
1 bag of Thick Bee Hoon(those used for laska)
2 Stalk of Spring Onion (Chopped & for garnishing)
2 Ginger (sliced)
Some Ikan Billis
Fried garlic and shallots


Seasoning:
2 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Tablespoon of each following:
Sesame Oil, Light Soya Sauce, fish sauce & Hua Diao Jiu

Method:
  1. Marinate sliced fish with 2 tablespoon of Light Soya Sauce and Hua Tiao Jiu for 10 mins.
  2. Boiled a pot of water and add in sliced ginger and Ikan billi for about 10 mins.
  3. Next add in fish slices and thick Bee Hoon and cook till the soup is boiled.
  4. Add in cai xin, fried shallot & garlic and the rest of the seasoning ingredients and wait till the soup is boiled.
  5. Serve hot with spring onion. 
P.S: you may wana serve with some chopped chillies oso wor.. ^~
