Chye Pok Omlette

This one of my classic dish which I like to match with some congee like sweet potato congee. or I can even match with normal. Is a very simple and easy to follow recipe..

Ingredients-
some chye pok - 2 servings, rinse and pat dry.
3 eggs
Some white ground pepper to taste.

Method-

  1. Whisk the eggs with chye pok and season with white pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp or more oil and pour in one portion of the egg mixture.
  3. Use the back of the fork to spread the chye pok more evenly on the egg.
  4. When the egg is almost done, turn to the other side to get the lightly brown color.
  5. Do the same to the other side.
  6. Repeat step 2 - 5.

Steam Egg with Minced Meat

Oh my goodness, today only I got the mood to finally blog about this recipe after posting the pictures as draft for such a long time. lol Any way if you ask me what is my one of favourite egg dishes, I would probably say is steam egg with minced meat. I like the egg taste and the smoothness of the egg texture. And taste great together with minced meat.

Whenever I got a chance to order from mixed rice stall, I sometime will ask for this. hehe.

Ham and Cheese Egg Roll

I have so much fun in making  ham and cheese egg roll especially when I am a super cheese lover. And also I like the combination of ham and cheese. I normally have this combination when I put it in between some bread slices for breakfast..

Had tried out this recipes quite a few times and I love the texture of it. Is very flavourable, the spring onions provide a crisp and cruchy texture too. Makes our taste buds full of adventure. I usually will match it with udon soup.
