This recipe inspiration comes from a you tube about simple minced meat bolgnese. I have bought some tomyam stocks(3 small boxes at a speacial price and that time ntuc don't sell single box) so hence i decied to combine this tom yam stock into this recipe and taste so yummy!!
Setves two
Ingredients need:-
- 2 servings of cooked pasta(your favourite choice of paste)
- 1 tomato
- 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 1 tom yam stock cude
- 1/2 sliced onions
- 10 Prawn
- 10 Scallop
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Black pepper for taste
- 1 bay leave
Method:-
- Cut a cross cutting at the bottom of the tomato and soak in hot water for 10 mins
- Rinse the tomato and peel of the skin & diced it
- Hea 1 tbsp of oil
- Pan fried the scallop and prawn till slightly brown. Dish out and set aside.
- Add in some oil, oinion and stir fried onion till fragant.
- Add in garlic and stir fried about a min
- Add in butter and cook till it melts
- Add in tomato, tomato sauce and mix well
- Add in about 100ml of water, bay leave, tom yam cude and let it boil for 10 mins.
- Use the spatula to smash the tomato into juice and take out the bay leave.
- Add pasta and pepper and mix well for about 1 min before serving.
- Serve the pasta on a plate and top up with scallop and prawn.
Note you may want to add in crabstick, chikuwa as other variation of the seafood toppings.
