Ham and Cheese Egg Roll

I have so much fun in making  ham and cheese egg roll especially when I am a super cheese lover. And also I like the combination of ham and cheese. I normally have this combination when I put it in between some bread slices for breakfast..

Had tried out this recipes quite a few times and I love the texture of it. Is very flavourable, the spring onions provide a crisp and cruchy texture too. Makes our taste buds full of adventure. I usually will match it with udon soup.
Serves two

Ingredients:-
Eggs mixture
 2 Eggs
1/2 tbsp of chopped spring onions
Some pepper to taste

Ham and cheese
2 pieces of ham - cut into half
2 slices of cheese - cut into half
*both ham and cheese must be same size with each other

You will need:-
1 Tamagoyaki pan
Spatula +1 spoon

Method
1.  In a small bowl, lightly whisk the egg and spring onions. Season with pepper and mix well.

2.  Arrange every cheese on top of every ham, making four pairs of it.

3.  Grease the pan with some olive oil and pour in enough egg mixture to make a thin egg sheet to cover the pan

4.  When the egg is semi set, place a pair of the ham and cheese at the end of the pan.

5.  Use and spatula and spoon to turn the egg sheet to cover ham and cheese

6.  Push the first layer all the way to the right.

7.  Add in some egg mixture at the empty space of the pan. Repeat step 5 and 6. And do step 4 - 6 again till all egg mixture use up.
8.  Once all the egg mixture is all used up, use the spatula to gently press the egg roll. Lift the egg roll to the chopping board and cut into six slices before serving.
