Cabbage Rice

Recently feel like trying out a new recipe which I never tried before and sounds something new to me. Just stir fry a few of the ingredients and continue cook it in a rice cooker. Sounds easy isn't it? Simple one dish meal and very fufilling to the stomach. I like the fragrance of the cabbage and rice is nicely blended with the natural taste of cabbage together with shrimp, scallop.

Steam egg tofu with minced meat

I super like this type of side dish. Is simple and nice and is very healthy too as the cooking method used was steaming! The sauce I can match it with rice too. I remember my elderest sis did made this before so do I see it in the san cai yi tang show on channel  8 recently. I finally find a simple and easy to do recipe as most of the recipe I found was rather too complicated or not easy to do..

Steamed salmon with lemon

I have been wanting to try out some steamed salmon recipe until I come across a recipe which indicates one of the ingredients was lemon. Found it very interesting and decide to give it a try. Surprisely it was so appetizing and the sauce can pour over some white rice. Wuhoo~ The lemon taste does goes well with salmon and help to get rid of the fishy smell. My favourite part will be the salmon skin as it's the most delicious part.

Speghetti Carbonara

In my previous pasta post: suasages with mushroom speghetti, I find myself suddenly got a passion to try out many different recipes about pasta. As normally in the past, I often bought a can of pasta sauce and some ingredients such as brocoli, mushroom, hotdogs to goes with the pasta.

Olive oil goes very well with pasta. Adds in a unique taste. I remember during my b'dae, my bf brought me to this chillax massage cafe, they hav this speghetti carbonara. Since then, I had been wondering how it was done. And I managed to find one. Below recipe is my verison with some changes of the porportion of the ingredients.
