Oh no I din realize tat I have nt been updating my food blog.. =.="' so here I am to present u another classic recipes~
Pork Porridge with century egg
Ingredients:
1 Small ginger(cut into small thin slices)
1 Century Egg(cut into small pieces)
1/2 Cup of Rice(soak over night & washed)
Some Lean pork (cut into 0.5 cm thick slices) & Minced meat - Marinate them with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce; 1 small teaspoon of sesame oil & some pepper
2 stalk of Chopped Spring Onion
Seasoning:
2 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
Dash of pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook rice in a pot of water.
- Cook till the rice is slightly mushy and then add in lean meat.
- Simmer and cook for around 5 min.
- Add in minced meat and ginger & soy sauce and keep on stiring till the porridge is mushy and watery enough.
- Add in Century Egg.
- Serve hot and add in sesame oil & pepper. Garnish with spring onion.
