Mee Tai mah is a very classic main ingredient.. U can stir fry or made into a soup one.. But by my way, I prefer another kinda of cooking method which is very healthy..
Dried Mee Tai Mah
Ingredients:
1 packet of Mee Tai Mah
6 to 7 pork meat balls
Xiao Bai Cai
Fish cakes(cut into slices)
Seasoning:
2 Tablespoon of Dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sambal chilli paste
Method:
- Cook all the ingredients in boiling water
- Drain out water and mix well with the seasoning and serve hot.
