Ingredients:
2 medium size Pomfret fish(slit cut on each side of the fish)
1 small ginger - cut into thin strips
1 dried mushroom (soaked and cut into thin strips)
1 stalk of Celery - cut into 1 cm long
Seasoning:
1 table spoon of the each following:
light soya sauce, sesame oil and chilli black bean sauce.
Method:
- Rub the fishes with salt.
- Put the fish in a deep plate and arrange the cut ingredients except celery on top of them.
- Mix all the seasoning and add in some water.
- Pour the sauce over the fish.
- Heat water in a steamer and steam for 20 mins.
- Garnish with celery and serve hot.
