Simple shredded chicken noodle
Ingredients needed:
3 Chinese mushroom - soak(1hr) and cut into slices
3 stalk of any leafy veggies(like cai xin or xiao bai cai)
1 carrot - cut into thin slices
1 Chicken fillet
1 Packet of noodle(cooked)*in this case i use mee bo
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon of each following:
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
Black Sweet Sauce
Chilli Sauce and Ketcup
1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
Method:
- Scald all the veggies, carrot and Chicken and set aside.
- Soak the chicken fillet in warm/cold water. Once cooled, shred the chicken fillet
- Next, cook the mushroom till soften and set aside as well.
- Next cook the noodles.
- Once done, drain away the water and left some of it so that it will be easier to mix with the seasoning.
- Add all the seasoning and mix well.
- Add in the rest of the ingredient and serve hot.
